* أَبَقَ - يَأْبِقُ (abaqa, ya'biqu)[a-b-q][أ-ب-ق] (To run away, slave running away from his owner) 37:140 abaqa = he ran away.

* أَبْدَأَ - يُبْدِئُ (abda'a, yubdi'u)[b-d-a][ بَ -د- أَ](To initiate, create, bring into existence) 29:19 yubdi'u = initiates.

* أَبْدَلَ - يُبْدِلُ (abdala, yubdilu)[b-d-l][ بَ -د- ل](To replace, substitute) 68:32 yubdilanaa = will substitute for us; will give us replacement.

* أَبْدٰى - يُبْدِى (abdaa (abday), yubdiy)[b-d-w][ ب -د- و] (To show, reveal) 3:29 tubduuhu = you reveal it.

* أََبرَئَ - يُبْرِئُ (abra'a, yubri'u)[b-r-a][ ب -ر- أَ](To heal) 3:49 ubriu l-akmaha = I heal those who was born blind.

* َأَبْرَمَ - يُبْرِمُ (abrama, yubrimu)[b-r-m][ ب -ر- م](To strengthen, make it firm, contrive, fix, determine) 43:79 abramuu = they determine.

* أَبْشَرَ - يُبْشِرُ (abshara, yubshiru)[b-sh-r][ ب -ش- ر] (To receive glad tidings) 41:30 abshiruu = receive glad tidings.

* أَبْصَرَ - يُبْصِرُ (abSara, yubSiru)[b-S-r][ ب -ص- ر](To see, observe, watch) 32:12 abSarnaa = We have seen.

* أَبْطَلَ - يُبْطِلُ (abTala, yubTilu)[b-T-l][ ب -ط- ل](To invalidate, to make it wain, void) 47:33 tubTiluu = you cancel, you make it vain.

* أَبْقٰى - يُبْقِى (abqaa (abqay), yubqiy)[b-q-y][ ب -ق- ي] (To retain, leave unchanged, leave as it is) 74:28 tubqiy = it lets remain.

* أَبْكٰى - يُبْكِى (abkaa (abkay), yubkiy)[b-k-y][ ب -ك- ي] (To make someone cry) 53:43 abkaa = makes (one) weep.

* أَبْلَسَ - يُبْلِسُ (ablasa, yublisu)[b-l-s][ ب -ل- س](To despair, give up hope) 30:12 yublisu = will be in despair.

* أَبْلَغَ - يُبْلِغُ (ablaga, yubligu)[b-l-g][ ب -ل- غ](To bring, convey or deliver communications, announcements, news or tidings) 7:79 ablagtukum = I have conveyed to you (pl).

* أَبْلَى - يُبْلِى (ablaa (ablay), yubliy)[b-l-w][ ب -ل- و] (To test, try) 8:17 yubliya = he might test.

* أَبَانَ - يُبِينُ (abaana, yubiynu)[b-y-n][ ب -ي- ن](To be clear, manifest, explain) 43:52 yubiynu (يُبِينُ) = make himself clear.

* أَبٰى - يَأْبٰى (abaa (abay), ya'baa (ya'bay)) [a-b-y][أ-ب-ي] (To refuse, reject, turn down) 2:34 abaa = he refused.

* أَتْبَعَ - يُتْبِؤُ (atba'A, yutbi'U) [t-b-A][ ت -ب- ع] (To follow, pursue) 18:85 atba'A (أَتْبَعَ) = He followed.

* أَتْرَفَ - يُتْرِفُ (atrafa, yutrifu) [t-r-f][ ت -ر- ف] (To bestow the good things of life) 23:33 atrafnaahum = We had given them comfort.

* أَتْقَنَ - يُتْقِنُ (atqana, yutqinu) [t-q-n][ ت - ق- ن] (To set a thing in good order, perfect it) 27:88 atqana = perfected.

* أتَمَّ - يُتِمُّ (atamma, yutimmu) [t-m-m][ ت -م- م] (To finish, perfect, complete) 12:6 atammahaa = He perfected it.

* أَتٰى - يَأْتِى (ataa (atay), ya'tiy) [a-t-y][أ - ت-ي][ (To come, to bring, to bring to) 12:48 ya'tiy = will come.

* آتٰى - يُأْتِى (aataa (aatay), yu'tiy) [a-t-y][أ - ت-ي][ (To give, bring) 9:76 aataahum = (Allah) gave them.

* أَثَابَ - يُثِيبُ (athaaba, yuthiybu)[th-w-b][ ث -و- ب] (To reward, give rewards) 48:18 athaabahum = He rewarded them.

* أَثْبَتَ - يُثْبِتُ (athbata, yuthbitu)[th-b-t][ ث- ب- ت] (To confine, restrain) 8:30 yuthbituuka = They restrain you.

* أَثْخَنَ - يُثْخِنُ (athkhana, yuthkhinu)[th-kh-n][ ث -خ- ن] (To make much slaughter; subdue) 47:4 athkhantumuuhum = you have subdued them.

* آثَرَ - يُؤْثِرُ (aathara, yu'thiru)[a-th-r][أ- ث-ر] (To prefer, choose) 20:72 nu'thiraka = We will prefer you.

* أََثْمَرَ - يُثْمِرُ (athmara, yuthmiru)[th-m-r][ث-م-ر](To bear fruit, to yield, produce) 6:99 athmara = bear fruit.

* أَثَارَ - يُثِيرُ (athaara, yuthiyru)[th-w-r][ ث -و- ر] (To plaugh, break up the earth; to turn or dig the soil over for cultivating) 2:71 tuthiyru = plaughs.

* إِجْرَمَ - يُجْرِمُ (ajrama, yujrimu) [j-r-m][ ج -ر- م] (To commit sin) 11:35 tujrimuuna = crimes you (pl) commit.

* أَجْلَبَ - يُجْلِبُ (ajlaba, yujlibu) [j-l-b][ ج -ل- ب] (To threaten, assult) 17:64 ajlib = assult. (command form)

* أَجْمَعَ - يُجْمِعُ (ajma'A, yujmi'U) [j-m-A][ ج -م- ع] (To agree or unite in opinion) 12:15 ajma'UU = they agreed.

* أَحَبَّ - يُحِبُّ (aHabba, yuHibbu)[H-b-b][ح-ب-ب] (To love, like) 2:216 tuHibbuu = you like.

* أَحْبَطَ - يُحْبِطُ (aHbaTa, yuHbitu)[H-b-T][ح-ب-ط] (To frustrate, make it go in vain) 47:32 sa_yuHbiTu = make it go in vain; bear no fruit.

* أَحْدَثَ - يُحْدِثُ (aHdatha, yuHdithu)[H-d-th][ح-د-ث] (To cause to occur) 20:113 yuHdithu = it may cause.

* أَحْصٰى - يُحْصِى (aHSaa (aHSay), yuHsiy)[H-S-y][ح-ص-ي] (To count, calculate) 58:6 aHSaahu llaahu = Allah has kept count of them.

* أَحَاطَ - يُحِيطُ (aHaaTa, yuHiyTu)[H-w-T][ح- و-ط] (To surround, contain, encompass) 18:29 aHaaTa = will surround.

* أَحْفٰى - يُحْفِى (aHfaa (aHfay), yuHfiy)[H-f-y][ح-ف-ي] (To go to the utmost in asking or inquiring, press) 47:37 yuHfikum = press you (pl).

* أَحَقَّ - يُحِقُّ (aHaqqa, yuHiqqu)[H-q-q][ح-ق-ق] (To prove, justify, establish) 42:24 yuHiqqu = establishes.

* أَحْكَمَ - يُحْكِمُ (aHkama, yuHkimu)[H-k-m][ح-ك-م] (To strengthen, fortify) 22:52 yuHkimu llaahu = Allah fortifies.

* أَحَلَّ - يُحِلُّ (aHalla, yuHillu)[H-l-l][ح-ل-ل] (To make it lawful; to settle; to dissolve) 2:275 aHalla llaahu = Allah made it lawful.

* أَحْيَا - يُحْيِي (aHyaa, yuHyiy)[H-y-y][ح-ي-ي] (To give life) 2:164 aHyaa = He gave life.

* أَخْبَتَ - يُخْبِتُ (akhbata, yukhbitu)[kh-b-t][خ-ب-ت] (To become humble) 22:54 tukhbita = may humbly submit.

* أَخَذَ - يَأْخُذُ (akhadha, ya'khudhu)[a-kh-dh][أَ-خ-ذ] (To take, seize, catch, accept a covenant) 35:26 akhadhtu = I seized.

* آخَذَ - يُؤَاخِذُ (aakhadha, yuaakhidhu)[a-kh-dh][أَ-خ-ذ] (To punish) 2:286 tuaakhidhnaa = You punish us.

* أَخَّرَ - يُؤَخِّرُ (akhkhara, yuakhkhiru)[a-kh-r][أَ-خ-ر] (To postpone, delay; to give respite) 11:8 akhkharnaa = We postpone, delay.

* أَخْرَبَ - يُخْرِبُ (akhraba, yukhribu)[kh-r-b][خ-ر-ب] (To destroy, devistate, ruin) 59:2 yukhribuuna = they destroy.

* أَخْرَجَ - يُخْرِجُ (akhraja, yukhriju)[kh-r-j][خ-ر-ج] (To cause to go out, to let out, to drive out) 12:100 akhrajaniy = He brought me out.

* أَخْزٰى - يُخْزِى (akhzaa (akhzay), yukhziy)[kh-z-y][خ-ز-ي] (To disgrace) 3:192 akhzaytahu = you disgraced him.

* أَخْسَرَ - يُخْسِرُ (akhsara, yukhsiru)[kh-s-r][خ-س-ر] (To decrease) 83:3 yukhsiruuna = they give less.

* أَخْطَأَ - يُخْطِئُ (akhTa'a, yukhTi'u)[kh-T-a][خ-ط-أَ] (To be mistaken, to err, to make a mistake) 2:286 akhTa'naa = we make a mistake.

* أَخْفٰى - يُخْفِى (akhfaa (akhfay), yukhfiy)[kh-f-y][خ-ف-ي] (To hide, conceal) 14:38 nukhfiy = we conceal.

* أَخْلَدَ - يُخْلِدُ (akhlada, yukhlidu)[kh-l-d][خ-ل-د] (To make it last forever) 104:3 akhladahuu = would make him last forever.

* أَرَادَ - يُرِيدُ (araada, yuriydu)[r-w-d][ر-و-د] (To desire, want, wish) 2:26 araada llaahu = Allah desired, intended.

* أَرْجٰى - يُرْجِى (arjaa (arjay), yurjiy)[r-j-w][ر-ج-و] (To put back) 33:51 turjiy = you put back.

* أَرْدٰى - يُرْدِى (ardaa (arday), yurdiy)[r-d-y][ر-د-ي] (To ruin) 41:23 ardaakum = it has ruined you (pl).

* أَرْسَلَ - يُرْسِلُ (arsala, yursilu)[r-s-l][ر-س-ل] (To send) 2:151 arsalnaa = We have sent.

* أَرْسٰى - يُرْسِى (arsaa (arsay), yursiy)[r-s-y][ر-س-ي] (To make it fixed) 79:32 arsaahaa = He firmly fixed it.

* أَرْضَعَ - يُرْضِعُ (arDa'A, yurDi'U)[r-D-A][ر-ض-ع] (To sucke a child) 65:6 turDi'U = (Let another woman) suckle (the child).

* أَرْضٰى - يُرْضِى (arDaa (arDay), yurDiy)[r-D-y][ر-ض-ي] (To please) 9:8 yurDuunakum = they please you (pl).

* أَرْكَسَ - يُرْكِسُ (arkasa, yurkisu)[r-k-s][ر-ك-س] (To overturn, revert back) 4:88 arkasahum = (Allah) cast them back.

* أَرْهَبَ - يُرْهِبُ (arhaba, yurhibu)[r-h-b][ر-ه-ب] (To strike terror, terrify) 8:60 turhibuuna = terrify.

* آزَرَ - يُؤْزِرُ (aazara, yu'ziru)[a-z-r][ أَ- ز - ر] (To strengthen, aid, assist, help, sympathise) 48:29 aazarahuu = strengthened it.

* أَزَّ - يَأُزُّ (azza, yauzzu)[a-z-z][ أَ- ز - ز] (To incite) 19:83 tauzzuhum = inciting them.

* أَزَاغَ - يُزِيغُ (azaaga, yuziygu)[z-y-g][ز-ي-غ] (To cause to deviate) 61:5 azaaga llaahu = Allah deviated (their hearts).

* أَزِفَ - يَأِزَفُ (azifa, ya’zafu)[a-z-f][ أَ- ز - ف] (To arrive suddenly, approach, draw near) 53:57 azifati l-aazifatu = the approaching event has come near.

* أَزْلَقَ - يُزْلِقُ (azlaqa, yuzliqu)[z-l-q][ز-ل-ق] (To make one slip, to bring it down) 68:51 yuzliquunaka = make you slip.

* أَزْلَفَ - يُزْلِفُ (azlafa, yuzlifu)[z-l-f][ز-ل-ف] (To bring near) 26:64 azlafnaa = We brought near.

* أَزَلَّ - يُزِلُّ (azalla, yuzillu)[z-l-l][ز-ل-ل] (To make one to slip, slip from the right path) 2:36 azallahumaa sh-shayTaanu = devil made both of them slip.

* أََسْلَفَ - يُسْلِفُ (aslafa, yuslifu)[s-l-f][س-ل-ف] (To do in the past) 69:24 aslaftum = you sent ahead.

* أَسْمَعَ - يُسْمِعُ (asma'A, yusmi'U)[s-m-A][س-م-ع] (To make someone to hear) 8:23 asma'Ahum = He would have made them hear.

* أَسْمَنَ - يُسْمِنُ (asmana, yusminu)[s-m-n][س-م-ن] (To nourish) 88:7 yusminu = nourishes.

* أَسَاءَ - يُسِىءُ (asaa'a, yusiy'u)[s-w-a][س-و-أَ] (To do bad, evil; to harm, offend, insult, damage) 53:31 asaauu = they commit evil.

* أَسَرَ - يَأْسِرُ (asara, ya'siru)[a-s-r][أ-س-ر] (To take captive) 33:26 ta'siruuna = you take captive.

* أَوْجَسَ - يُوجِسُ (awjasa, yuujisu)[w-j-s][و-ج-س] (To feel an apprehension about, dread a thing) 11:70 awjasa = felt apprehension.

* أَوْجَفَ - يُوجِفُ (awjafa, yuujifu)[w-j-f][ و-ج-ف] (To agitate, excite, stir up; to urge, to prick (e.g. an animal to make it go faster)) 59:6 awjaftum = you (pl) made (no) expedition.
